Our bookings team will then send you details of your booking. If all of the details are correct, please make the required payment.
Step 3
Once payment has been received, you will receive your booking confirmation including:
– further details
– receipt of payment
– emergency contact form (if you have not previously filled this out)
Please fill out separate booking forms when booking for more than one child.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept childcare vouchers.
Wellbeing
It is our highest priority to ensure that every child feels as safe and comfortable as possible when attending any of our sessions.
We kindly ask that you fill in our booking form carefully with as much detail as possible, including any health details or additional information that you feel we may need to be aware of. This will enable us to facilitate and adapt our sessions accordingly, allowing us to provide each child with the best possible experience when attending our courses.
As a team we have 3 clear messages for the children in all of our sessions. These are:
Try their best (EFFORT)
Listen to the coaches (FOCUS)
Be kind to others (ATTITUDE)
We will remind the children of these very clear expectations but if there are any serious or persistent unacceptable behaviours, we will contact the parent/guardian to discuss.
We would also like you to inform us of any issues that you or your child may have as soon as possible so that we can resolve any issues that may arise promptly.
For any problems or queries please do not hesitate to contact us
