Children attending our sessions must be a minimum of 3 years old and a maximum of 14 years old. All children attending any of our activities must also be fully toilet trained to ensure they are comfortable, confident, and able to enjoy their time with us independently.

Each course has an age guideline. However, we understand that children develop at different stages across sport, theatre, and adventure activities. If you are unsure which group would be the best fit for your child, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are always happy to help guide you towards the most suitable option.

Within your child’s selected group, we carefully split children into age and stage appropriate groups to ensure everyone receives the best possible experience. This approach applies across all of our activities, including sport, theatre, and adventure club sessions.

Please complete separate booking forms for each child.

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept childcare vouchers at this time.

The wellbeing of every child attending our sessions is our highest priority. We are committed to ensuring that all children feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout their time with us.

We kindly ask that you complete the booking form carefully and provide as much relevant detail as possible, including any medical information or additional support needs. This allows us to adapt our sessions where necessary and ensure every child has the best possible experience at camp.

As a team, we promote three clear expectations across all of our sessions:

•Try your best (EFFORT)
•Listen to the coaches (FOCUS)
•Be kind to others (ATTITUDE)

These expectations are regularly reinforced throughout the day to create a positive and respectful environment for everyone.

We also actively encourage children to speak to a coach if they have any worries, concerns, or issues during the day so that we can address them at the time. We understand that some children may not always feel confident raising concerns themselves, so we kindly ask parents to let us know if this may be the case, or if there is anything additional we should be aware of to better support your child.

In the case of any serious or persistent unacceptable behaviour, we will contact parents/guardians to discuss the situation and agree on the best way forward.

We encourage open communication and ask that you inform us of any concerns as soon as possible so that we can resolve any issues promptly.

If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
