Children attending our sessions must be a minimum of 3 years old and a maximum of 14 years old. All children attending any of our activities must also be fully toilet trained to ensure they are comfortable, confident, and able to enjoy their time with us independently.
Each course has an age guideline. However, we understand that children develop at different stages across sport, theatre, and adventure activities. If you are unsure which group would be the best fit for your child, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are always happy to help guide you towards the most suitable option.

Within your child’s selected group, we carefully split children into age and stage-appropriate groups to ensure everyone receives the best possible experience. This approach applies across all of our activities, including sport, theatre, and adventure club sessions.

Step 1

Please select your child’s sessions, the Core Programme (10am–3pm) and any Early Care or Late Care you would like them to attend.

Please note that our minimum booking hours are 10am–3pm (Core Programme).

Your child does not need to attend a full week, individual days can be booked.

When placing your booking, you will be asked to select a sport for your child to participate in on that day. Your child will remain in that group for the duration of the day.

Children may be able to change groups on the day if availability allows; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Step 2

Our bookings team will send you the details of your booking.
If all information is correct, please proceed with the required payment.

⸻

Step 3

Once payment has been received, you will receive your booking confirmation, including:
•Further event details
•Receipt of payment
•Emergency contact form (if not previously completed)

Please complete separate booking forms for each child.

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept childcare vouchers at this time.

The wellbeing of every child attending our sessions is our highest priority. We are committed to ensuring that all children feel safe, supported, and comfortable throughout their time with us.

We kindly ask that you complete the booking form carefully and provide as much relevant detail as possible, including any medical information or additional support needs. This allows us to adapt our sessions where necessary and ensure every child has the best possible experience at camp.

As a team, we promote three clear expectations across all of our sessions:

•Try your best (EFFORT)
•Listen to the coaches (FOCUS)
•Be kind to others (ATTITUDE)

These expectations are regularly reinforced throughout the day to create a positive and respectful environment for everyone.

We also actively encourage children to speak to a coach if they have any worries, concerns, or issues during the day so that we can address them at the time. We understand that some children may not always feel confident raising concerns themselves, so we kindly ask parents to let us know if this may be the case, or if there is anything additional we should be aware of to better support your child.

In the case of any serious or persistent unacceptable behaviour, we will contact parents/guardians to discuss the situation and agree on the best way forward.

We encourage open communication and ask that you inform us of any concerns as soon as possible so that we can resolve any issues promptly.

If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Lunch & Arrival runs from 12:00pm – 1:00pm. Please provide your child with a packed lunch and a drink. Children will be supervised within their groups during this time.

Please ensure your child brings a refillable drink bottle. We are happy to refill bottles throughout the day.

There will be afternoon breaks, so please provide suitable snacks.

For allergy and safety reasons, we politely ask that no lunch or snack items contain nuts or sesame products.

We strongly advise that children do not bring mobile phones or other electronic devices to camp.
All sessions are fully structured with engaging activities to keep children active and occupied throughout the day, without the need for devices.
We do understand that phones may be required in certain circumstances. If your child does bring a mobile phone, please note that there is a strict no photo or filming policy at camp. Children must not take photos or videos at any time.
Phones should remain in bags and not be used during sessions unless prior permission has been given by a coach.

To move or amend any booked sessions, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice must be provided.

Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of Woolfy Sport.
